2. Keep the valve and cylinder closed.
3. Hit the cylinder against the valve (the device direction can be parallel or straight with the valve body), and then check whether the screw hole is aligned, without too much deviation. If there is a little deviation, turn the cylinder block a little, and then tighten the screw.
4. After the completion of the flange butterfly valve device, the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be debugged (under normal conditions, the air supply pressure is 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa). During the commissioning operation, the solenoid valve shall be opened and closed manually (the manual operation can be effective only after the solenoid valve coil is de energized), and the opening and closing conditions of the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be investigated. If it is found that the valve has some difficulty at the beginning of the opening and closing process during the commissioning operation, and then it is normal, it is necessary to reduce the stroke of the cylinder (adjust the stroke adjusting screws at both ends of the cylinder a little inward together, and then operate the valve to the open position during the adjustment, and then turn off the air source and adjust again) until the opening and closing action of the valve is smooth and sealed without leakage.
5. The flange butterfly valve shall be kept dry before installation, and shall not be stored in the open air.
6. Before installing the flange butterfly valve, check the pipeline to ensure that there is no welding slag and other foreign matters in the pipeline.
7. The manual opening and closing resistance of the valve body of the flange butterfly valve is moderate, and the torque of the butterfly valve matches the torque of the selected actuator.
8. The specification of flange used for connection of flange butterfly valve is correct, and the pipe clamp flange is consistent with the specification of butterfly valve flange. The special flange for butterfly valve should be used instead of flat welding flange.
9. It is admitted that the flange welding is correct, and it is not allowed to weld the flange after the flange butterfly valve installation, so as to avoid scalding the rubber parts.
10. The installed pipeline flange shall be aligned with the butterfly valve.
11. Install all flange bolts and tighten them by hand. The butterfly valve and flange have been aligned. Then open and close the butterfly valve carefully to ensure flexible opening and closing.
12. Open the valve completely, and tighten the bolts with a wrench in diagonal order without washer. Do not over tighten the bolts to prevent serious deformation of the valve ring and excessive opening and closing torque.
