When the positive medium pressure increases, the tighter the extrusion between the oblique conical surface of the soft-sealing butterfly valve plate and the sealing surface of the soft-sealing butterfly valve seat, the better the sealing effect.

When in the reverse flow state, the sealing between the soft-sealing butterfly valve plate and the soft-sealing butterfly valve seat depends on the torque of the driving device to make the soft-sealing butterfly valve plate press against the soft-sealing butterfly valve seat. With the increase of the reverse medium pressure, when the unit positive pressure between the soft-sealed butterfly valve plate and the soft-sealed butterfly valve seat is less than the medium pressure, the deformation stored in the spring of the adjusting ring after loading can compensate the soft-sealed butterfly valve plate and the soft-sealed butterfly valve seat. The tight pressure on the sealing surface of the sealing butterfly valve seat plays an automatic compensation role.

Therefore, the utility model is not installed on the soft-sealed butterfly valve plate with soft and hard multi-layer sealing rings like the existing technology, but is directly installed on the valve body, and it is very ideal to add an adjustment ring between the pressure plate and the soft-sealed butterfly valve seat Two-way hard sealing method.
